About Us

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley started in March of 1996 by Dave Ross. Since its beginning the business has grown considerably from a staff of 3 to currently employing over 60 people. Our office and warehouse is located in Chilliwack, BC.

In 2023 Dave and his wife Mary-Lynn retired, and ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley has been handed into the trusted hands of James and Esther Tully.

James has been a VP in several high level logistic and service organizations across the world, and is very excited to bring his expertise into creating a great culture for his team, making things amazing for his customers, and giving back to his community!

We are part of a large cleaning franchise network across North America and the world. Our franchise operates in the Fraser Valley area covering Abbotsford, Aldergrove, Mission, Yarrow, Chilliwack, Hope, Harrison and Agassiz.

Currently, we provide premier Janitorial & Commercial cleaning services to many businesses and condominiums across the Valley. We also have the privilege to offer Residential Cleaning services to many of the residents of the Fraser Valley. Alex came to the fourth floor of the Hartford at which some ceilings are 14 feet high and he brought his equipment and cleaned all the ceiling ducts from our furnace/air conditioner throughout the suite. He did an amazing job. He set up everything outside the door and brought it all in together. After the job was finished he swept the floor under the vents and cleaned the vents and surrounding ceiling which had become blackened over the years. I would highly recommend him for this type of cleaning and I am now going to get the company to do all my carpets. Excellent, clean, efficient and very friendly.

Very happy with ServiceMaster Cleans janitorial services. My office's are always kept in great shape and I am always confident for my staff to arrive at a clean workspace and for in-person client meetings in our boardroom. We have also utilized their carpet and floor cleaning services which have been phenomenal as well. I highly recommend this team!

I would definitely suggest hiring this company. If you ever have an office building or an apartment building that you want to get cleaned there are clean and reliable company with amazing people. They’re always willing to lend a hand whenever it’s needed and do a little bit extra. There customer service is incredible I’ve never had an issue with them nor have any of my friends have any issues with the either. They are very thorough and definitely have a good thing going on there with their team you can tell they work well together. They do so much other company. From regular janitorial work too deep cleaning your floors clean For residential and commercial places. And the fact that they also do upholstery cleaning is incredible. I know not all the companies do that and it’s very appreciated. Choose how much they care and how much time they put into their work. Personally, one of my favourite things is not only do they do regular cleaning, but the fact that they help you after you could be dealing with flooding. That’s a big thing to me and much appreciated that if my house ever flights I have a great company to go too.

I have had my outside windows cleaned at my townhouse two consecutive years because of the amazing quality for cost I received! The technician went above and beyond. Although it was raining both years, he was pleasant and provided an excellent service! I will definitely have them back again in the fall!

CANADIAN CONTRIBUTION

Over the years, Canada has made several contributions to ServiceMaster Clean operations internationally. A program initially known as Spotlight was launched in 1973 and is the father of modern carpet care maintenance methods. It consisted primarily of the concept of spot cleaning, complemented by less frequent deeper cleaning procedures.

Additionally, Canada pioneered the sale of franchises by service line. This concept promoted greater expertise and knowledge in each service line.
